We’re finalists in the SME MK & Buckinghamshire and SME Hertfordshire Business Awards

We are through to the finals of another two prestigious local awards programme for our ‘outstanding customer service’.

The George Davies team are celebrating after being announced as finalists in the SME MK & Buckinghamshire Business Awards and the SME Hertfordshire Business Awards – Service Excellence category.

As the UK’s largest independent turf supplier, we were able to showcase personalised aftercare, fast delivery times, tailored order tracking, and innovative new technology for purchasing and customer feedback as part of the comprehensive entry process.

George Davies, our founder and managing director said: “We have been successful in a number of local and national awards this year for our customer service, and this is another prestigious accolade we are honoured to be part of.

“We are incredibly proud of how we measure customer satisfaction, deal with complaints, and go above and beyond for landscapers and homeowners, so to be recognised by the judges in the SME Business Awards for both regions is the icing on the cake. It reinforces what we are all about and what we strive for, and that’s a personal, trustworthy service that people can rely on.

We are up against seven companies in the Service Excellence category and the winner is set to be announced at separate ceremonies in September.
