A DuoLift Joist Cradle has a 5mm marking on its side, and each quarter turn of the adjustment ring represents a 1mm rise or fall in the level of your decking. Once you've turned the joist cradle to your ideal height, you can lock it in place to provide a secure and accurate decking installation.
