George Davies Turf shortlisted for local awards

We have made it through to the next round in a prestigious local awards programme for delivering ‘exceptional customer service’.

George Davies Turf has been shortlisted along with five other local businesses for ‘Best Customer Service’ in the Milton Keynes Business Achievement Awards 2022 (MKBAA).

Already well-known for continually going above and beyond, our GDT team were able to evidence the ways they deliver personalised aftercare, fast delivery times, tailored order tracking, and innovative new technology which allows us to monitor purchasing and feedback.

The final stages will require us to drill down further still and showcase how we measure customer satisfaction, deal with complaints, and how customer service relates to overall commercial performance.

The overall theme for this year’s MKBAA is ‘Celebrating Diversity’ and all finalists will also have to demonstrate how they focus on diversity, equity and inclusion.

The ceremony will take place on 23^rd March 2023.
